Shipping Times?
Looking for an order update? All processing times can be located within the product descriptions.
Fine art prints: 14 business days
Canvas prints: 21 days
Originals: 2-3 weeks to prepare for shipment to make sure everything is absolutely perfect!
My studio and lovely makers strive to ship orders as quickly as possible!
On occasion, there may be slight delays in dispatching if the artwork is going viral or issues with postage, or we get a lot of orders very quickly (TYSM)!
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we only ship in the USA.
Requests at checkout
Many lovely collectors ask for special things at the checkout, such as signatures, extras, and handwritten notes from me. I love to do this as a gift for collectors!
Requests will be noted, but cannot be guaranteed. This does not include requests to speed up dispatching times as we do not jump people ahead of the rest.

If you have a query about your purchase, please be sure to do so through the contact page! I receive lots of DMs daily and if you are following up there about an order, it is very likely it may be missed. The contact page is to keep everything nice and simple, so we can get back to you as soon as possible.
Will I receive a Certificate of Authenticity?
To preserve the integrity of works that rise in value over time, originals and limited-edition embellished prints are the only works that arrive with a certificate of authenticity. Open-edition prints and canvas prints do not come with a certificate of authenticity.

I would be honored to work with your charity event! Please email us through the contact page or pop a message to jordanartdesign18@gmail.com .
Within your pitch, please include the aim of the organization and the selected event with deadlines for artwork completion, delivery, and showcase day. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to arrange a Zoom meeting and dive into the details! Please note that if the artwork cannot be collected or delivered in person, a shipment fee for the artwork will be required.
